This is very cool. We showed an early Soy Andina short video at the Chile Pepper Festival way back in 2002(!)
Now we're back , thanks to the invite of Anita Jacobs, Director of Public Programs for the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
We'll be showing the complete film, and Neli will be leading a Peruvian dance workshop on the beautiful Garden grounds.
Along with Chile pepper jugglers, fire eaters and sculptors, Cajun and Mexican bands, post-punk Latin/Jewish fusion cooking and more....
Sounds like our kind of festival.
